Our traditional sweets are handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, colour and texture may occur from one batch to another. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not affect their quality.

Freshness & Storage

Every product has its own recommended shelf life and storage requirements. Customers are responsible for following the storage instructions provided with the product.

The stated shelf life applies when the product is stored under the recommended conditions. Once opened, proper storage is essential to maintain freshness and quality.

Orders

Orders are prepared according to the details confirmed by the customer. Please check your order carefully before confirming it, including the product selection, quantity, delivery details and contact information.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered the preparation process.

Delivery

Delivery dates and times provided are estimated. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's schedule and conditions.

Ceylon Sweets cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, road conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Receiving Your Order

Please check your parcel when you receive it. If you notice an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs so that we can review the matter and assist you.

Overseas Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for checking the food import regulations, restrictions and customs requirements of their destination country before placing an order.

Ceylon Sweets cannot guarantee customs clearance or accept responsibility for products delayed, refused, returned or confiscated by the destination country's authorities.
